We do specific coaching around confrontation, something we call "Carefrontaton." Preparing leaders for crucial conversations and teaching them methods to clearly define challenges and address them is a specialty of our team. Whether you need a keynote for a large group or an online training delivered to your staff asynchronously, we can provide that service. One of our strengths at the Jones Agency is our ability to deliver content in a multitude of ways. We deliver traditional, hands-on in-person workshops, but also excel at an online concept called "training in a box" where participants are provided materials to interact with as our facilitators lead the online training. Hybrid content can also be delivered with follow-up small group discussions and processing upon completion of completely online modules. The method can change with the needs of each client:
