About The Jones Agency

 Dr. Wynde Jones is the owner of the Jones Agency. She is an educator, curriculum designer, and facilitator.  Wynde combines over twenty-five years of experience in higher education, with sound research, and an uncanny knack for relating to others to produce engaging content. She has the ability to meet people where they are and produce material and experiences that target both people and processes.  She specializes in leadership development, training and curriculum design, team dynamics, and change management.  

Wynde recently retired from The University of Southern Mississippi as the Assistant Vice President for Student Connections and started a new adventure at Louisiana State University. She is a faculty member at LSU in the school of Leadership and Human Resource Development. Her Ph.D. is in Human Capital Development with research interests that include emotional intelligence, the training and development of soft skills, leadership ethics, and disparities impacting marginalized groups.

Wynde has a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, Title IX training from The NCHERM Group, LLC, a certificate in Training & Development from the Workplace Learning and Performance Institute, and was a participant in the College Speakers Academy by Campuspeak.
